We are hiring for a Service Leader - Payroll.
As a Service Leader - Payroll, we rely on you to:
- Handlethe processing of Payroll of the assigned Shangri-La Philippine hotels
- Prepareand submitStatutory Reports and Payments to respective Government authorities such as SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, National Home Mortgage Fund, BIR, etc.
- Handleloan deductions such as SSS, HDMF, company loan, advances and insurance.
- Preparebank remittance report and Journal Vouchers
- Computeand postthe monthly service charge
- Computes the final pay of employees
- Informcolleagues on deadline of rostering attendance of employees in Minaba
- Finalizeand closethe employee rostering in the Minaba system in preparation for the payroll process
- Ensurethe proper maintenance and safekeeping of Payroll files
- Performother related duties that may be assigned by superior
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Preferably with 1 year experience in an international hotel in the same capacity
- Graduate in Accounting is an advantage
- Knowledge in Orisoft and Minaba systems is an advantage
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has a keen eye on details
- Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Is a critical thinker and a problem solver
- Able to communicate priorities and drives business results
