A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A (INSERT JOB TITLE HERE) AT (INSERT HOTEL NAME HERE)
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Executive Head Housekeeper you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Day to day management of the housekeeping team members.
- Ensuring rooms are cleaning by housekeepers on shift to a high standard
- Inspiring and motivated the team to achieve the best they can achieve
- Checking rooms, once cleaned, to ensure the room are the hotel standards.
- Liasing with the Reception team to discuss when guests have arrived, and prioritising.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements...
To succeed in the role of Housekeeping Team Leader, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Experiencing in housekeeping
- Experiencing of management and leading a team is preferred
- Working in a medium to a large sized hotel.
