• Proven track record, with preferably a pre-opening experience

• Strong EQ – key relationship management (internal, ownership, external active FS Brand representation)

• Previous experience in China is desirable and language abilities would be crucial

• Leadership capabilities to navigate through the complex, unique Chinese landscape

• Strong product and commercial focus in line with requirements of an opening

• Capabilities to provide strategic leadership to the large F&B offerings with a strong focus on domestic market

• Proactive and hands - on leadership style

• Ability to successfully assemble a solid leadership team

• Talent and recruitment in a highly labor competitive market

• Ability to teach, coach, mentor and inspire a young team

• Strong ability to connect within the local community and major influencers

• Attention to Detail / Style Component is very important / Ongoing product innovation / creativity

• Thoughtful in creating strategy to position new, luxury entrant in the market

• Top Quality of product / service / branding, is expected in the market

• Support and align team on project management to deliver new building, service and product
