Avrai passione per il tuo ruolo e soddisfare i nostri ospiti ti riempirà di orgoglio:
· Gestirai l’accoglienza (front e back office) per tutti i clienti nei nostri Outlet Food & Beverage nel corso dei servizi di breakfast, lunch o dinner e di assicurarti che i nostri ospiti ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
· Supervisionerai tutte le operazioni del reparto durante il tuo turno di lavoro (8 ore lavorative svolte prevalentemente in piedi dietro al desk e sul floor dei ristoranti + 30 minuti di pausa pranzo/cena), le prenotazioni dei nostri 2 ristoranti e di svolgere il lavoro di back, quale ad esempio la corrispondenza via email o telefono con i nostri ospiti, di assicurarsi che il passaggio di consegne al turno successivo sia eseguito affinché non si perdano informazioni importanti per garantire ai nostri ospiti un servizio eccellente. Il tutto uniformandosi alle istruzioni ricevute dal F&B Manager in termini di pricing.
