You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for preparing and presenting banqueting/Ala carte dishes of the highest quality to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You’ll also be responsible for menu planning, controlling food waste, food cost and developing culinary talent.
  • You’ll supervise and coordinate all activities and personnel concerning food preparation, kitchen, and storeroom areas
  • You’ll be up to date with latest culinary trends, able to turn creative ideas into exciting new dishes
  • You will thrive in a high-pressure environment whilst maintaining a high level of creativity and quality
