Job Description
• Lead the re-launch of our renowned La Coupole Restaurant into a brasserie;
• Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience, setting the gold standard for hospitality;
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue to drive profitability;
• Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones; and
• Inspire and mentor a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service and performance.
Qualifications
• Passion for French cuisine and dining elegance. Fluent in English and French (preferred);
• Showcase your expertise with a stellar track record in upscale dining and restaurant management;
• Drive success with a proven background in financial acumen, strategic budgeting, and revenue-boosting initiatives;
• Stay ahead of the curve with a keen eye on industry trends and a burning passion for culinary innovation; and
• Inspire and grow a winning team through exceptional leadership, hiring, and training prowess.
