Azerbaijan Culinary Specialists Association – professional union of chefs, pastry chefs and other participants of the market of gastronomy and hospitality, founded in 2019.
Azerbaijan Culinary Specialists Association has set itself the main goals and tasks:
- promotion of chefs and pastry chefs’ professions
- training master-classes
- internships at restaurants
- legal support to the Association’s members
- professional contests: organization and refereeing
- cooperation with professional educational institutions
- promotions and presentations at the exhibitions and festivals
- recruitment services of highly qualified specialists
- employment assistance (only for full members of Association)
- auditing and updating of menu
- conceptualization of premises
- marketing research
- consultations on draft
