Arte Culinario Internacional - ACI, is a dedicated educative organization of gastronomy and culinary art. It was founded by the believing that a more technical and practical aproach is necesary when teaching gastronomy and culinary art to young student. In order to fulfill such ambitious goal the instution has gather a group of instructors with vast experience both national and internacional. They are eager to motive and lead our students to the path of excelence, discipline and compromise.
