Chef Martin Kobald is Honorary President of the South African Chefs Association (SACA). He has been awarded the title as “Global Master Chef” from the Global Master Chef Society in 2014 and is the convener of the Bidvest World Chefs Tour Against Hunger organisation the main CSI project of the South African Chefs Association currently participating in feeding up to 32000 children every day.
