Asan Executive Sous Chef , we rely on you to

- In charge of overall culinary operation;

- Ensuring a quality product for our guests;

- And securing profit margins while maintaining the corporate image of the company at all times.

We are looking for someone who

- Strong at western cuisine and with good understanding of Southeastern Asian food

- Creative and well know Beijing and international F&B trends

- Outgoing and flexible with a very proactive and positive attitude

- With at least 10 years kitchen experience in an international hotel with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role; pre-opening experience is a plus
