Operations Manager / Staff Supervisor

We are looking for someone with strong experience in team management, who is able to organize the daily work, lead the staff, resolve conflicts, and ensure that all employees carry out their duties and follow the hotel's procedures and standards.

Essential requirements:

- Fluent in Italian and English.

- Proven experience managing and leading teams, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills.

- Responsible, proactive, with the authority and confidence to coordinate and manage staff effectively.

We offer:

- Salary: €2,200 net per month (depending on experience).

- Position based at our hotel on Lake Como, Italy.

- Seasonal employment (March-October) with a possibility for employment during the winter period depending on hotel occupancy.

Please note that Italian and English are mandatory requirements. Candidates who do not speak both languages fluently will not be considered for an interview.
