Head Chef
Sobre el trabajo
Your own kitchen, a Michelin chef at your side, and money left to actually live.
Are you an experienced cook with strong craft, the drive to lead and a feel for menus and seasons? Then you might be the one we're looking for. We're hiring a Head Chef for Anneberg Spisehus – our Danish bistro, open every day, set in one of Zealand's most beautiful cultural environments. You'll have your own voice in the kitchen from day one, working shoulder to shoulder with the star chef behind the place.
Who is Claus Henriksen?
You'll work closely with Claus Henriksen – one of Denmark's most acclaimed chefs and co-owner of the restaurants in Anneberg Kulturpark.
- Michelin star with Restaurant MOTA in 2022 – just eight months after opening, and the star still stands in the 2026 Michelin Guide
- Named Restaurant of the Year 2022 by Den Danske Spiseguide that same year
- Inducted into Den Danske Spiseguide's Hall of Fame
- Head chef at Dragsholm Slot for 13 years and the driving force behind the castle's Michelin star
- Background from kitchens such as noma and Formel B
- Anneberg Kulturpark hosted the Danish Michelin gala in 2025
Claus has helped put Nordic cuisine on the world map – and he's in the kitchen every day, not in the office. That's the environment you step into.
About the place
Anneberg Kulturpark is a listed complex from 1915, surrounded by forest, fields and the Isefjord – and home to artists, local brewers, seaweed and food producers. We make honest Danish bistro food from local produce of land and sea. Real craft, no unnecessary gimmicks. Sister restaurant MOTA holds the Michelin star; here you shape the bistro alongside it.
Your tasks
- Daily operation and leadership of the Anneberg Spisehus kitchen
- Menu development in close collaboration with Claus Henriksen
- Responsibility for produce, quality and the best of the season
- Growing staff responsibility as you settle in
- Actively helping to shape and develop the place
What you get
- On-site housing possible – skip the 12,000–15,000 DKK Copenhagen rent
- Real influence on menus and ideas, not just execution
- Ingredients worth working with: seaweed, herbs, local fishing from the Isefjord
- Competitive pay + housing + low cost of living = more left each month
- Pension scheme
- Good, stable and flexible working hours/rota
We're looking for someone who
- Has strong kitchen craft and works independently
- Has experience with menu development and seasonal cooking
- Is a natural leader – or ready to grow into it
- Is curious, committed and enjoys taking ownership
EU applicants are warmly welcome – relocation support and housing available.

La empresa
Anneberg Kulturpark is not an ordinary workplace. It is a listed complex from 1915 in the middle of Odsherred's nature, where restaurants, artists, brewers and seaweed producers share everyday life – and it gives an energy you won't find in many other places.
We have two restaurants open every day, hold theme nights and collaborate with local producers on an ongoing basis - so no two days are ever the same.
Our kitchen is led by Claus Henriksen, Michelin-recognized chef and co-owner, who is in the kitchen every day. You will get close to professionalism, local ingredients and a vibrant cultural environment where there is always something new happening.
We are located an hour from Copenhagen, offer accommodation at the cultural park and believe that happy employees make the best food and provide the best service.
