PASTRY CHEF – NEW PROJECT IN LISBON

We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join a new food concept currently being developed in Lisbon.

More than simply following recipes, we are looking for someone who wants to be involved from the beginning, contribute ideas and help us create a distinctive range of high-quality products.

Main responsibilities:

1. Preparation and production of pastries, cakes and bakery products
2. Development and testing of new recipes
3. Organisation of the production process
4. Quality and consistency control
5. Management of ingredients, stock and food costs
6. Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

What we are looking for:

1. Professional training or proven experience in pastry
2. Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
3. Creativity, organisation and a genuine passion for the craft
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Experience with artisanal baking, sourdough or viennoiserie will be valued
6. Availability to work in Lisbon
