Casa Brivio Milano, boutique hotel di lusso con 16 camere nel cuore della città (tra Missori e Piazza Vetra), è alla ricerca di un/una Receptionist / Concierge da inserire nel proprio team.
Se hai passione per l’ospitalità e vuoi lavorare in un ambiente elegante, dinamico e orientato all’esperienza su misura, potresti essere la persona giusta.
Chi cerchiamo
1–2 anni di esperienza nel settore hospitality o hotel di categoria simile
Residenza a Milano o zone limitrofe
Ottima conoscenza di italiano, inglese + una terza lingua
Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e weekend (no night shift)
Attitudine al problem solving, cura del dettaglio e apprendimento rapido
Cosa farai
Accoglienza ospiti e gestione check-in/check-out
Personalizzazione dell’esperienza cliente
Gestione prenotazioni e attività commerciali (offerte e proforma)
Pagamenti e gestione OTA (Booking, Expedia)
Coordinamento con Housekeeping
Partecipazione a briefing interni e sviluppo nuove idee
Cosa offriamo
Contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi (3 mesi di prova)
2 settimane di formazione iniziale

Casa Brivio Milano, a luxury boutique hotel with 16 rooms located in the heart of Milan (between Missori and Piazza Vetra), is looking for a Receptionist / Concierge to join our team.
If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver refined, personalized guest experiences in an elegant and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
Who we’re looking for
1–2 years of experience in hospitality or similar-level hotels
Based in Milan or nearby areas
Fluent in Italian and English + a third language
Availability to work shifts and weekends (no night shifts)
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to learn quickly
Key responsibilities
Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
Personalizing each guest’s stay and anticipating needs
Handling reservations from a sales perspective (offers & proforma invoices)
Managing payments
Overseeing OTA platforms (Booking, Expedia)
Coordinating with Housekeeping
Participating in internal briefings to enhance guest experience and marketing strategies
