·        Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned section.

·        Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

·        Guide, motivate, train and manage cooks A’, B’ and C’ and stewarding staff.

·        Be quality driven in order to guarantee the highest level of creativity and productivity within the organization.

·        Maintain the recipe library and plate specifications showed by the Executive Chef

·        Daily compliance with the hygiene, sanitation, HACCP and other related rules and regulations throughout the kitchen

·        Personally guarantee that all guest allergy and dietary requirements are implemented as requested.

·        Be fully involved and actively encourage all forms of training within the kitchen.

·        Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts

·        Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a 4*/5* Hotel

·        Good knowledge of English language

·        Excellent interpersonal skills in handling staff relations

·        Excellent leadership skills

·        Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure

·        Positive, engaging personality

·        Professional appearance & attitude
