As a Food & Beverage Management Trainee, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll have the opportunity to support our Food & Beverage Manager in both operational and administrative tasks while contributing to exciting projects within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in our Serra Bar & Restaurant and during events, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our attention to detail and warm hospitality.

• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with the daily coordination of department operations, where every day brings new and exciting challenges.

• Support the administrative management of the Food & Beverage department.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational processes, bringing your creativity and enthusiasm to help deliver memorable guest experiences.

• Take part in innovative Food & Beverage projects that will help shape tomorrow's dining experiences while developing your creativity and entrepreneurial mindset.

What We're Looking For

• You are currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or a related field, and have an internship agreement for a minimum of 3 months, starting from September 2026.

• You are fluent in French and English, allowing you to communicate confidently with our international guests and colleagues. Dutch or any additional language is a plus.

• You have excellent communication skills and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

• You are energetic, enthusiastic, and enjoy working as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.

• You thrive on challenges and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
