We are a luxury chocolate brand in Kuwait, currently developing an exclusive high-end lounge experience.

We are seeking a visionary Head Chocolatier to lead our chocolate identity and create a signature collection that reflects elegance, creativity, and precision.

This is not a routine role — this is an opportunity to build something distinctive.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and lead a signature chocolate line (bonbons, pralines, seasonal collections)

– Define the artistic direction of chocolate presentation

– Oversee production and maintain the highest quality standards

– Lead and train a team with strong attention to detail

Requirements:

– Proven experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium chocolate brands

– Strong creative identity and refined aesthetic

– Leadership and team management skills

– French background is highly preferred
