About the Role:
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our dedicated housekeeping team. At Reef Hotel & Spa, we believe that a clean and welcoming environment is the foundation of a great guest experience. Your work will help create a space where guests feel relaxed, refreshed, and right at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to a high standard
- Change bed linens and replenish towels and guest amenities
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize as required
- Report maintenance issues and lost items promptly
- Follow cleaning schedules and health/safety protocols
- Ensure carts, storage areas, and housekeeping closets are tidy and stocked
- Greet guests courteously and respond to any requests with a helpful attitude
