Sous la supervision du Responsable de salle, le/la stagiaire en restauration participe activement au bon déroulement du service en salle (petit-déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner, room-service ou banquets). Il/elle contribue à garantir une expérience client de qualité, conforme aux standards de l’établissement, tout en développant ses compétences techniques et relationnelles dans le cadre de sa formation.
