First impressions count, especially for our ROBINSON guests. As Assistant, you support together with the Front Office Manager the reception area at the club and simultaneously, you have a talent in organisation, able to motivate others and are a manager for quality. Along with your team, you make sure that nothing goes amiss with our guests from arrival to departure time. Not only do you hold everything together behind the scenes, at the same time, you are the bright face in the foreground.
ABOUT THE JOB
- You ensure optimal quota utilisation in the absence of the manager
- You coordinate the arrival and departure as well as the check-in and check-out of guests.
- You process reservations and enquiries
- You support the organisation of events and functions
- You ensure that everything runs smoothly at reception and in the back office
- You work closely with other departments and support them

ABOUT YOU
- You have completed training as a hotel specialist
- You have experience at the reception desk in the upscale hotel industry
- You have initial management experience
- You have knowledge of a hotel reservation system e.g. Opera
- Idiomas requeridos: Inglés y Alemán. Portugués es un plus
