SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP:   


Contribute to the hotel’s commercial success by supporting sales operations, client outreach, and the preparation of proposals and presentations. 


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 


  • Identify new business opportunities and potential MICE & Corporate clients 
  • Research and analyse market trends, competition, customer needs and pricing strategies 
  • Provide information and recommendations to the sales team and management 
  • Support sales activities (brochures, presentations, sales blitzes, fam trips) 
  • Prepare proposals, RFPs, contracts, and other sales documents 
  • Participate in sales presentations and site inspections (on‑site or virtual) 
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular reports 
  • Attend training sessions, meetings, and internal events 
  • Support the Events Operations Coordinator when needed 
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Director of Sales
