SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP:
Contribute to the hotel’s commercial success by supporting sales operations, client outreach, and the preparation of proposals and presentations.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new business opportunities and potential MICE & Corporate clients
- Research and analyse market trends, competition, customer needs and pricing strategies
- Provide information and recommendations to the sales team and management
- Support sales activities (brochures, presentations, sales blitzes, fam trips)
- Prepare proposals, RFPs, contracts, and other sales documents
- Participate in sales presentations and site inspections (on‑site or virtual)
- Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular reports
- Attend training sessions, meetings, and internal events
- Support the Events Operations Coordinator when needed
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Director of Sales

- We can offer you for a room for a week or two, depending on occupancy, if you weren't able to find a place to stay but not for the complete duration of your Internship.
