Your Role:
As a vital member of our kitchen brigade, you'll work closely with the culinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes while maintaining food safety standards and supporting kitchen operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2-3 years as a Commis Chef; formal culinary training is desirable.
- HACCP Knowledge: Awareness of food safety and allergen regulations.
- Passion: A love for creating good-quality food.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Positive Attitude: Ability to perform under pressure with a cheerful demeanor.
- Breakfast Experience: Prior experience as a breakfast chef is an advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining hygiene and food preparation standards.
