AX ODYCY is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join its Guest Experience team. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for guests, helping to create a welcoming environment and ensuring a positive and memorable stay.
Responsibilities:- Welcome guests and maintain regular contact throughout their stay.
- Attend to guest requests, enquiries, and special requirements.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to feedback or concerns.
- Assist with travel arrangements, messages, and other guest services.
- Promote hotel outlets, activities, and available offers.
- Maintain accurate guest records, logbooks, and shift handovers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow company standards relating to service, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.

Sobre ti
- Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German is required.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused approach.
- Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and effectively.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Idiomas requeridos: Alemán, Italiano, Francés, Español e Inglés.
