The Association of Estonian Chefs was established on 13.07.2000. The founding members are chefs of various restaurants in Estonia. The association operates on a voluntary basis and all activities are supported by various companies related to the catering and food industry. EPU cooperates with national vocational education organizations and contributes to the vocational education of young people. Of course, we participate in the councils of culinary schools and the working groups of the Estonian Food development plan. Since March 2006, EPU has also been a member of the World Association of Chefs Societies.
In addition to serious work and competitions, you enjoy yourself on nice summer days and learn more wisdom at trainings. They communicate with representatives of the same profession outside the borders and go to measure each other.

At the moment we have around 170 members. The number has increased over last 6 years by 100 members. Most of them are involved our different projects.
