Founded in 1996 by three expatriates in Yangon, the MCA has grown into a large association with members from around the globe and is fully incorporated into the WACS (World Asscociation of Chef Societies since the year 2000. Engaging in various culiary activities around South East Asia, promoting and focusing on bringing the true "Myanmar Flavor" to the world as well as supporting various aid projects, the MCA is a truly global culinary player.
