Healy’s was established in 1862 and is proud to be a Cork family run business spanning 6 generations. Wedding Cakes, Novelty Celebration & Birthday Cakes are our speciality. Situated in Blackpool, Cork cakes are our passion.

The History
As Cork’s oldest bakery, we are proud to be serving the wonderful people of the “true capital” of Ireland. Established in 1862 we are celebrating 150 years this year. Supplying you with the freshest of confectionary and breads everyday from our shop and bakery in Blackpool.

What We Do
Healys Celebration Cakes Cork specialise in occasion cakes including christening cakes, confirmation cakes, communion cakes, wedding cakes, birthday cakes, anniversary cakes, baby shower cakes, Retirement cakes, Hen & Stag cakes, bon voyage cakes… Any cake for any occasion!

From our bakery in Blackpool we make and decorate cakes of every shape and size — square, hexagonal, heart-shaped, mini cakes, cupcakes and miniature wedding cakes for smaller weddings. Our hand made products include traditional rich fruitcake, vanilla, madeira, moist lemon, apricot, raspberry, strawberry, and chocolate with fudge filling, or whipped mousse to something of your choice.

We work all the time with our customers, and together we are able to create beautiful and amazing cakes that taste as good as they look.
