KIHAAD – named traditionally in local Dhivehi language as `young coconut island`with a beach length of some 1,200 meters around the Island, is a haven of peace, tranquility and serenity. The crystal clear turquoise waters of the shallow waist-deep lagoon surrounding the island stretch as far as the eye can see. Guests may fly-in on seaplanes by a 35-minute scenic photo-flight from the international airport at Male’, the capital of the Maldives.
