Siham International Trading Company is an operator and investor in the Hospitality industry since 2008, directed into delivering our brands into international markets. We have a chain of teashops that serve specialized chai karak. We have a fine dining International Cuisine, our International Cuisine " Zodiac Garden" was the first project that lead the company into the growth and expansion that it reached where it is now. The company's passion into providing astonishing services was an incentive to merge into the beauty industry, where we opened a beauty spa called "Milk and Butter" that serves unique beauty and nail services.
One of our most important strategies into innovation and creativity, is to constantly reimburse excitement into our working environment by opening pop-ups in different markets.
Our latest participation is a branch of Zodiac Garden -as a pop up- in a mega festival in Riyadh/ Saudi Arabia known as "Riyadh season" that started in October 2019, which was and still is a main attraction for tourists for all Middle-Easterns. Due to the great success that Zodiac Garden achieved, we opened a new fine-dining Spanish Pop-up Cuisine that is part of the mega festival of Riyadh Season. The main concept of our Spanish cuisine is serving specialized Lechazo Asado ( a famous Spanish dish made of milk fed baby lamb) and Tapas.
Following our success in the Riyadh Season Festival of 2019 we are further collaborating with the Saudi General Entertainment Authority for the upcoming festival starting in October 2021, but this time we are adding a new pop-up fusion concept of Italian and Japanese fine-dining cuising in addition to Zodiac and El Lechazo.
