In the branches we work on your leadership skills and business knowledge and prepare you for managing a SIXT Branch with rotations and project assignments. Furthermore, group-wide programmes support the development of our future leaders, for example, with our Future Leader programme - and in a further step with our Leadership Excellence programme.

Our SIXT college is used for this: a wide range of training courses for different areas and subject-specific and cross-departmental knowledge with a variety of web-based e-learning tools that in particular teach expertise in the field of car rental.
