Davide Di Donato Front Office Manager at Vienna House Berlin

Davide Di Donato, with over fifteen years of experience in tourism and hospitality, started his career in Front Office at Alltour Hotel Albatros in Lanzarote, Spain, after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management at IPSAR in Napoli.

In 2013, Di Donato joined Vienna House, where he is now Front Office Manager at Vienna House Berlin. His goal is to make guests feel comfortable, like if they were staying at their friend’s house. He accomplishes this by making his team find joy and fun in what they do, which creates a welcoming environment that guests perceive.

To make a difference he explains that “at Vienna House you need to work with your heart, because what we do is to sell emotions.” He encourages his team, and future talents joining Vienna House, to express their ideas and to embrace them with passion.
