Wilder is a unique restaurant experience. When you dine with us there are no decisions to make - we have obsessed long enough about our menu, so you really don’t need to. Expect to try (and enjoy), things you normally wouldn’t choose. For the best time with us come with an open mind and a good appetite.
Our seasonal, ever-evolving tasting menu could be inspired by a passionate local producer, an unusual, foraged ingredient, or a crazy food dream. We are a small passionate team; working collaboratively and bringing our individuality to each dish.
Our eight-course tasting menu is the star of the show at Wilder, but don’t overlook our drink pairings. Working with brilliant local wine suppliers we find interesting wines that showcase our dishes perfectly. Our soft drinks flight is equally impressive - we go above and beyond to ensure that you don’t feel you are missing out if you are not drinking alcohol.
