岗位职责

1.负责承接宾客预订房内的用餐工作；

2.认真做好宾客的送餐、收餐具工作；

3.听取宾客对房内用餐服务工作意见，并及时向领班或餐厅主管汇报；

4.保证宾客得到及时准确的房内用餐服务；

5.负责接受贵宾的水果通知单，并及时送上。

 

岗位要求

1.大专以上学历或同等学历，有从事餐饮服务1年以上工作经历；

2.具有一定的食品、酒水知识，清楚所供菜肴的一般烹制方法及其他服务方法，掌握房内用餐服务规范和服务程序；

3.有较强的推销能力和语言表达能力，口齿清楚，具备较强的英文沟通能力；

4.热爱本职工作，工作勤勤恳恳，认真负责；

5.身体健康，仪表端庄，精神饱满；

6.能够适应加班及倒班工作。
