Since our founding in 2017, interest in Chinese Culinary landscape has progressively grown, along with its abundant opportunities and economic value. So has FAN Culinary Education. Today, with campuses in shanghai, FAN is a destination for anyone who wants to explore their passion for the culinary arts.
 
At FAN Culinary Education, I put in years of conceptualization to come up with unique teaching materials that combine both local and international cooking methods to encourage the new generation of chefs to be extremely versatile in theirs skillsets.
