Not every Front Desk Agent simply checks guests in.
Some create the first impression that guests remember long after they leave.
We are looking for warm, confident, and service-minded Front Desk Agents for our partner hotels — 4–5 star properties where every arrival, every question, and every guest interaction matters.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, staying calm under pressure, and being at the centre of the hotel experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you are often the first person a guest meets and the last person they speak to before leaving — and both moments matter.

What you’ll do
* Welcome guests warmly and provide professional check-in and check-out service.
* Handle reservations, guest profiles, room keys, payments, deposits, and billing questions.
* Answer guest questions about the hotel, services, transport, local attractions, restaurants, and city information.
* Support guests with early arrivals, late check-outs, room requests, special occasions, and family needs.
* Coordinate room status and guest requests with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, F&B, Spa, and other departments.
* Handle guest complaints and unexpected situations calmly, professionally, and with ownership.
* Protect guest privacy, personal information, room details, and hotel procedures at all times.
* Maintain accurate guest notes, shift handovers, and follow-up actions.
* Support upselling, loyalty recognition, and personalized guest service when appropriate.
* Keep the Front Desk and lobby experience organized, welcoming, and professional.
What you’ll bring
* Previous experience in Front Office, reception, hospitality, travel, customer service, or a guest-facing role is preferred.
* A warm, confident, and professional communication style.
* Strong spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Ability to stay calm during busy arrivals, queues, complaints, and operational pressure.
* Attention to detail when handling reservations, payments, room information, and guest data.
* A genuine service mindset and willingness to help guests with care and patience.
* Good teamwork and the ability to communicate clearly with other hotel departments.
* Reliability, flexibility, positive attitude, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Confidence using hotel systems or willingness to learn quickly.
