Falbra Ltd - Elba Restaurant is seeking a talented Senior Bartender to lead our bar team and ensure every guest enjoys a perfect drink and unforgettable service. As a Senior Bartender, you will oversee bar operations, mentor junior staff, and bring creativity and expertise to our beverage menu.
Responsibilities and essential job duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead the bar team during service, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
- Prepare, serve, and present cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks to the highest standards
- Create and innovate cocktail recipes, seasonal specials, and signature drinks
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior bartenders and bar staff
- Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with management on bar promotions, events, and beverage strategy
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional, friendly, and attentive service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a senior or supervisory role
- Exceptional knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flair and creativity in presentation and mixology
- Knowledge of bar safety and hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Fluency in English
- Lingua richiesta: Inglese. Maltese è un plus
