L'azienda
Finn Lough is more than a place to stay — it’s a place to slow down, reconnect, and create experiences that feel meaningful.
Set on a private peninsula in the Fermanagh Lakelands, surrounded by ancient woodland and water, we offer our guests a different kind of luxury — one rooted in nature, design and thoughtful service.
But what truly shapes Finn Lough is our people.
We believe hospitality should feel purposeful. That every interaction matters. That luxury can be quiet, immersive and human.
We are building a team of individuals who care about detail, connection and creating moments that stay with our guests long after they leave.
If you’re looking for more than just a job — you might find it here.
