Supporting the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager in every way possible
Management of the department in the absence of the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager to the best of your knowledge and ability
Co-responsible for the entire purchasing department (excluding fresh products)
Carrying out operational purchasing in consultation with the Purchasing & Cost Controlling Manager
Taking on larger purchasing projects
Supervision and periodic evaluation of suppliers by means of analyses
Analysing and monitoring daily, monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements
Co-supervision of F&B cost controlling
Carrying out and analysing spot checks
Analysing various statistics
Accounts receivable and accounts payable control
Programming the KOST merchandise management system and the MATRIX cash register system
Co-organisation and implementation of major events
Management of employees and apprentices
Working closely with the Culinary Director and the F&B Operations and Groups & Events departments

Su di te
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship in the hotel industry or a hotel management school
You have already gained several years of professional experience in a similar position in first-class hotels and have good negotiating skills
In addition to your quality awareness, you are characterised by flexibility, resilience, team spirit and enthusiasm
Ability to communicate in German, French, English and Italian, other languages an advantage
Very good computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Word) are a prerequisite
You are loyal
