We are looking for an experienced Head Chef specializing in both South Indian and North Indian cuisine in our restaurant Aalishan to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, excellent knowledge of authentic Indian recipes, and proven experience managing a kitchen team in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.

Minimum 5–10 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably with experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
Strong experience in both South Indian and North Indian cuisine.
Excellent knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, ingredients, and recipes.
Strong kitchen leadership and team-management skills.
Good knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and portion management.
GCC / Qatar experience will be an advantage.
