Our 4-star hotel unit located in Albufeira is currently recruiting for the position of IT Manager:
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel’s IT infrastructure (networks, servers, systems, and equipment);
- Ensure information security, data protection policies, backups, and access control;
- Coordinate the IT team and provide technical support;
- Plan, implement, and monitor technological projects;
- Manage suppliers and partners of technological services (hardware, software, telecommunications);
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and operational continuity;
- Identify technological needs and propose improvements to optimize hotel processes;
- Provide efficient support services to internal users;
- Keep up with relevant technological trends in the hospitality sector.

Candidate Profile:
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;
- High sense of responsibility and autonomy;
- Leadership ability and interest in team coordination;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proactive, results-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Availability to travel between units whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or a related field;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles (experience in hospitality is an advantage);
- Solid knowledge of networks, servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity;
- Fluent in English.
