Internship Position | F&B trainee
Department: Food & Beverage
Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca)
Duration: 3 – 6 months (between March – November)
As an F&B Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across various Food & Beverage outlets, with the flexibility to support different roles such as Assistant Waiter, Bartender, Restaurant Host, or Room Service Attendant. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn different aspects of F&B operations and grow within the department.
Your Main Responsibilities
· Assist with table setup, mise en place, and side duties.
· Welcome and serve guests in a warm, professional manner.
· Support bartending, hosting, or room service tasks as required.
· Keep workstations clean, stocked, and well-organized.
· Handle reservations and guest allocations following service standards.
It Only Takes to Have
· Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
· EU citizenship (eligibility to work in Greece).
· A kind, respectful, and pleasant personality.
