Obiettivo del ruolo
Garantire la pulizia, l’ordine e il comfort delle camere secondo elevati standard qualitativi, assicurando un’esperienza impeccabile per l’ospite.
Responsabilità principali
- Pulire e riordinare le camere assegnate rispettando tempi e standard aziendali
- Rifare i letti e sostituire biancheria e asciugamani
- Igienizzare bagno, superfici, pavimenti e punti di contatto
- Rifornire amenities (saponi, shampoo, minibar se previsto)
- Controllare lo stato della camera e segnalare guasti o anomalie
- Gestire correttamente carrello, prodotti e attrezzature
- Rispettare procedure di sicurezza e igiene
