Established in 1994 as Taichung Chefs Club , Taichung Culinary Arts Association 2007 Re-group as Taiwan Formosa Chefs Association, we have gained full membership under WORLDCHEFS in 2012 35th WorldChefs Congress Daejeon Korea and re-named our association as Taiwan Chefs Association (TCA).
• Our association has developed over the years into the leading Chefs’ Association in Taiwan.
• Our members come from all aspects of the foodservice and hospitality sectors working in a wide variety of positions from Culinary Students, Instructors, Chef Trainees to top Culinary Management Individuals.
