En 2022, à la recherche d'un partenaire financier stratégique avec un solide historique en gestion d'actifs, nos fondateurs @borisroquesrogery (anciennement chez Hyatt), @loicsalaun (anciennement chez Hyatt), et @bertrandugast (anciennement chez Accor) ont uni leurs forces avec @braxtonamassetmanagement.
