A Chinese Cantonese (Hong Kong) restaurant in the capital city of Olympic in Lausanne since 1996. Most of our customers are mainly local Swiss people, so our trainees have all the advantages to learn and to practice French.
We are NOT a fast food restaurant and we care about the details and the basic rules of service that you learned in school.
It is certain that you will not waste your time during the 6 months you spend with us......( provided that you make an effort to show your motivation and are willing to learn). A rewarding internship really depends on you.......Yes, yourself.
