Barbarina Boutique & Merenda is an hybrid space with three interconnected souls.

The first soul, the boutique, will focus on selling carefully selected local food and wine products from small producers committed to preserving Ligurian biodiversity.

The second soul will feature a dynamic and ever-evolving kitchen, designed to highlight the boutique’s products, allowing customers to discover and savor them. We envision a variety of recipes, internationally influenced but always rooted in local ingredients. Our goal is to showcase the versatility of regional products, sparking curiosity with unique flavors and unexpected pairings while helping guests rediscover the beauty and value of our territory.

The third and final soul will be a series of monthly events, each centered on different food, wine, and environmental sustainability themes. These events will feature expert guests and curated tasting menus aligned with the topics explored.
