About DAYS: Founded by Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplôme alumni, Allison Movsovitz, DAYS is a family-owned and operated café and bakery located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. With a fusion of New York and Parisian influences, we provide a thoughtful and consistent experience for our diverse community, whether they’re living, working, or visiting our neighborhood. Our cafe stands as a community hub for creatives, industry professionals, and food lovers who value high-quality ingredients, great design, and cultural exchange.
At DAYS, we pride ourselves on creating small-batch, artisanal products using the best seasonal and organic ingredients. Our menu blends New York-style bagels with freshly baked organic pastries, all made daily with care and dedication. In addition to a regular menu, we host special events, pop-ups, and collaborations with artists and other industry professionals that reflect our commitment to creativity and quality.
