We are a married couple from Denmark and for some time we had a burning desire to open up a kitchen in Tuscany, and invite people from all over the world to stay, get involved and embrace the delicious, traditional Italian cuisine. So we decided to do it - arrange cooking courses for epicures in the stunning Tuscany!

We are Danes living in Denmark and, like most Danes, very proud of our past and present. With most Danes choosing more and more to explore the world and the variety of cultures that are its composite, we wanted to further encourage their exploratory urge and become people just like us. We have travelled a lot. But, for the past 7 years, we have mainly been back and forth to Tuscany in Italy. Why? You may ask! It is simply because we love it. The area, the wine, the nature, the locals and not at least the food - We love it all, so our passion for Tuscany is big. The vision, dream or aspiration, whatever you want to call it, all erupted after several years of running successful businesses. We are happiest, when we are meeting people. People say we are successful because we are good hosts and that we have an open and honest approach to our work, life and ambitions.

We can honestly tell you that while it has been extremely hard and challenging, establishing this most exciting opportunity for our customers, it has been also very rewarding. Once we embraced Italian cooking and the wider Italian culture, all we wanted to do was share it. So from recreating the cuisine for our friends and family in Denmark, we are now able to invite you to be part of our dream and join us in Tuscany for cooking the addictive food of Italy.
