My company Graphite Strategy Ltd is a media and telecoms advisory and investment group that works with all the top TV companies from ITV to Sky and Disney. We've invested in building a broadband gigabit fibre network in the UK and we're continuing to invest in green technologies. From my African conservation charity we're about to launch a carbon credits company on the stock exchange
I previously owned a restaurant in the Good Food Guide and one of my top chefs now runs and owns a number of the best restaurants in London. I've been asked to work on a TV cookery show and I have a CBE from HRH Prince William for my contributions to British industry.
