Set in the heart of Monaco and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Hotel Metropole was built in a Belle Époque Style. The journey starts passing through the archway, driving along a roman paved road that leads you to the hotel’s entrance.

Once in the lobby you are immediately mesmerized by the musky hotel signature fragrance “L’Ambre du Nepal”, a perfume that will awake your senses. Designer Jacques Garcia was inspired by the spirit of the early 19th century adding a few modern touches that makes the Metropole a hotel with character and soul.

The Mediterranean style of the hotel is also represented in the 126 rooms and suites creating a true palazzo feeling appealing to all guests. At the top floor of the hotel the Suite Carré d’Or has the most wonderful settings and a terrace with an unrivaled view of the Casino de Monte-Carlo, the gardens and on the Mediterranean Sea. Late in the evening the lobby bar is the hottest place to be and to be seen with its glamorous ambience… The culinary experience can start at the 2 Michelin-starred Restaurant Joël Robuchon.

In the morning the must is to have your breakfast at ODYSSEY, designed by King –of-Fashion Karl Lagerfeld. Sitting by the heated seawater pool, in this haven of relaxation, the mind will be all set for a spa treatment. First, start with the heat experience, a Turkish bath and sauna to fully relax the body. Then a therapist gives advise on the adapted treatment such as the deep-tissue massage.The Metropole ESPA has a large selection of new and natural therapies that will suit any individual.
For a nice lunch break, Yoshi the first Joël Robuchon Japanese restaurant referenced with 1 Michelin star has a beautiful designed dining-room imagined by Didier Gomez.
