Mesa is a new restaurant opening in Muscat beside the historic Mutrah Fort, where centuries of Portuguese and Omani history meet. Inspired by this legacy, Mesa bridges two culinary worlds – bringing together the bold flavors of Portugal with the rich traditions of Oman.

We’re creating a refined yet approachable dining experience that speaks to both locals and international visitors exploring Muscat’s historic heart. Positioned between mid-level and fine dining, Mesa will be a destination where food tells a story of culture and connection.

We are now seeking a visionary Head Chef to join us in shaping this journey. The role involves working closely with the owners to design and execute a Portuguese–Omani menu, lead the kitchen team, and deliver exceptional quality and consistency. Please note: Mesa will operate as a non-alcoholic venue, with food, service, and storytelling at its core.
